Manziel was pulled over by police in Avon, Ohio on Oct. 12 after an argument inside his car with his girlfriend got out of hand.
According to an incident report by the Avon Police Department, an officer “was dispatched to the area of (Interstate) 90 westbound for the report of a white Nissan traveling at high rate of speed with a female passenger trying to exit the vehicle and the male driver puling her back inside.”
Manziel and his girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, admitted to drinking earlier in the day in Cleveland and having an argument in which Crowley threw a wallet out a car window. No charges were pressed although Crowley said Manziel pushed her head into a window.
The Browns will start Manziel at quarterback for the rest of the season, coach Mike Pettine announced Tuesday.
